	* Icons, colours and background were grabbed from various Web 
	screenshots of the D-Board scheme running on Mac, KDE and 
	Win9x machines.
	* Icons were combined into a DLL and configured with CalTheme.
	* Window font installed using the SysFon utility.
	* Toolbar and desktop manager configured with ToolPal.
